Sorg Opera House and American Musical Productions celebrate the opera house’s 131st anniversary with the very music that Paul J. Sorg himself would have enjoyed in his grand theatre! This “living history” concert recreates songs and scenes from Broadway musical hits including “The Little Tycoon”, Herbert’s “Babes in Toyland”, “The Wizard of Oz” of 1902, George M. Cohan’s “Little Johnny Jones”, Jerome Kern’s “Oh Boy!”, and many others.

Come enjoy the music that would have been played at The Grand from 1895 – 1918. American Musical Productions, under the Direction of Joseph Rubin, will provide a musical and educational experience as part of St. Marys’ Bicentennial celebration.
